Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) is seeking the services of a young and energetic individual to join the TISL team as an intern for a period of six months. He/she will be required to serve as the Hotline Officer for TISL’s latest initiative – the “Center for Legal Advice against Corruption”.
For whom is it open:
• Undergraduates or recent graduates (preferably with a legal background) who are able to commit to at least 30 hours of service Monday to Friday
• Individuals with outstanding public relations skills and a sound knowledge about public service delivery
• Individuals with IT literacy
• Individuals fluent in the local languages (Sinahal & Tamil) with a good command of the English language
• Those with an empathetic nature willing to listen to public grievances
• Those who wish to gain new experiences and open to working in a challenging environment

Tasks required:
• To manage the hotline service of the Center.
• To record the calls received by the Center and enter the information into the database.
• To make appointment for legal consultation.
• To assist in overall implementation of the program
A modest monthly allowance of Rs. 20,000/- will be made.
