TISL’s  Programme for Protection of Public Resources (PPPR) has released the second report highlighting abuses of state assets in the current Presidential Election campaign.

While commenting on responses to the first report by a few state organizations, the new report details out specific abuses of state resources and violation of election laws and regulations during the period after the first report was released.  As of 9th January, PPPR had received over 160 such complaints.
