On the 20^th of May, 2021, the Parliamentary Select Committee to Identify Appropriate Reforms of the Election Laws and the Electoral System and to Recommend Necessary Amendments requested the general public to submit proposals on the subject. TISL makes these submissions in response to this call, and believes that the contents herein will be used to guide the Committee’s thinking.
