“Parliament Watch”, a programme envisaged by South Asians for Human Rights(SAHR) and implemented by Transparency International Sri Lanka(TISL) released its Second monthly report this week.

This initiative  takes an analytical look at identified areas to evaluate transparency, accountability and the human rights focus of the Parliament of Sri Lanka:
